I have been lagging a lot lately in gta v but I have a high end system.

Specs:
Nvidia Geforce GT 730 4GB @ 700 mhz normal clock
AMD Phenom II X6 @ 2.47 ghz (6 cores)
8GB ram
1tb rom
Asus CG1330

Solution
That's not even medranged in the slightest. Nvidia considers the GT 730 a multimedia GPU. You may be ok at low with some medium settings, depending on your resolution.

That system is far from "high end" these days. It is the lower side of midrange.

Your CPU gets demolished by a new gen i3 for ~$70 and your GPU is getting demolished by cards that are 10 years old at this point.

Just lower your settings until the game is playable.

It still plays some newer titles so im inclined to say his system isnt low end. A low end imo would be some Celeron that cant handle mincraft.

Its definitely on the low side of midrange though.

A low end gaming machine by definition has to be able to play games. A low end system can't play anything.
