Best Budget PC Case and Best Place to Buy used parts?

I don't care about looks. I'm a first time builder and because I'm a student, i have a very limited budget. I'd prefer to buy a case that's less than fifty dollars. I'm also willing to search around for used cases and such I'd jur like to know what to look for and where to go. Thanks

I suggest using partspicker to find the best parts prices. I suggest going to newegg reviews to seperate the decent parts from the junk at the least. I would suggest posting a budget and let the pro's here create a parts list for you.
