Hello, I just bought a new intel Core I3 7100, new AZRock B250M Pro4, and 8 gigs of DDR4 ram, I installed everything to the same case, hard drive and GPU, but it won't even turn on, the keyboard and mouse do light up (that tells me that the mobo is indeed getting electric current) but the computer won't boot.

Is it because I'm using the same hard drive? I've seen some info that the old hard drive is configured to the old mobo and it isn't recognizing the new mobo, so is there a way to use the same hard drive with out erasing everything? I already have a lot of games and information installed in the hard drive so I don't really want to wipe out everything and start from zero (got windows 10 and 2TB) plus I don't event have a copy of windows 10 to begin with.

Would really appreciate the help!

If it isn't even posting I'd recommend reseating the CPU and RAM. Using one ram module, then the other in different slots to see if that's the problem. If you can use your old CPU or old ram, or use your new RAM on your old board. Try and narrow down what could be the cause. It could very likely be motherboard because it isn't posting.

Well, what you can do is get a different hard drive and install Windows on that one, but keep the old one plugged in, you have your files and Windows.
I know you said you don't have a copy of Windows, but you will most likely not solve the problem otherwise.

What video output are you using for your monitor? Video output on motherboard? on graphics card?
What is model name of your graphics card?

Have you tried booting without discrete graphics card?
