I'd like to ask help from people around here to check if my PCPartPicker build for any casualties. Money is at stake

A follow up question: There's a compatibility note in this build that says "Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs." Should I worry about it?
