Second hand pc worth it?

so guys i found a second hand pc with these specs:

CPU: i5-4590
GPU: R7 250X
MOBO: Asus B85M-E
RAM: 8GB
PSU: Raider 850W
HDD: 1TB 7200rpm

and i am not sure whether buy it or not bcs its 650lv in my country which is around 333euro.
Please help me

for the gpu i am going to replace it wih r9 380 which i found for around 130 euro and the r7 i will put in my pld pc for my brother

Personally wouldn't trust a Raider PSU, really low quality. If it fails it could damage other components

ok but if i buy a new psu + the r9 i will have spent around 200euro on a pc for 330euro and it will become pontless buying that pc, and cant i replace the raider with the segotep gtr550 which is my psu ?

Quality of PSU is important especially when powering a gaming PC. A 550w or greater good quality unit is what you want. Have a look at this list http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Really you want a tier 1 or 2 but a tier 3 would be the minimum in my opinion
