How strong will be bottleneck with GTX1070?

I have I5-2400 3.1hz and MoBo Asus P8H61-M LX with PCI-E 2.0
I want to buy GTX 1070. Will it bottleneck a lot?

In a future i will upgrade my CPU and MoBo, for sure.

Depends massively on the game. Also 1440p at 60fps will be a lot less cpu intensive than 1080p 100fps

You need at least a 4590k not to bottleneck it very hard. I5 2400 performs like an high clocked i3 6/7th generation. And since you can't even OC it , you're in a though spot.

What res & HZ? For high fps gaming you would benefit from an overclocked CPU but for say 1440p 60Hz/FPS that would work very well

Yeah, your probably best to cap your fps at 75. The 1070 is a little over the top for that but gives you lots of headroom for the future.

Will depend on the game but you should get an enjoyable experience but I recommend capping your fps to stop huge fps variances. A stronger CPU would help but definitely worth trying what you have now first, you might be happy with it.

a gtx 1060 6gb or rx 480 8gb would be a better choice

a 1070 would be bottlenecked at 1080p even with a i5 6500
