New PC build - Black screen

Hi

I built a PC last night and I get black screen only, doesnt show bios or option to go into it. Everything powers up even the keyboard.
I have:
i5 6400 CPU
2x8GB DDR4 Ram
Asus H110i-Plus motherboard https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H110I-PLUS/ (new from Amazon)
650w Fractal PSU
1TB HDD without OS
Zotack 1060 GPU

I reseated the CPU and Ram and tried 1 Ram stick on both slots. Tried the HDMI on the board and GPU, also tried without GPU. I know the components work as I had to return an MATX board and that went into BIOS and an older HDD with OS)

So what can I do?

Make sure both power connectors are connected to the motherboard. The Normal larger ATX one plus the 8 pin or whatever it is one near the CPU Fan header. This is a common problem...some people forget the smaller aux ATX power connector.

Make sure your monitor is set to the right input, HDMI/DVI/etc...

Other that that it looks like you did everything right. If all else fails, try powering the board out of the case. You may just have a dead motherboard.

I did connect all atx power pins and the additional 4 on the otherside. Monitor only has HDMI x2.
How would it be dead mobo if everything switches on?
