Should I oc CPU?

Hi, I've gotten my Gtx 1060 and amd fx 8350 bundle, people told me that it was a good idea to overclock for the best performance. I was wondering in here's if that's a good idea with my specs.

Gpu: Gtx 1060 Evga superclocked 6gb

CPU: amd fx 8350 with wraith cooler

Motherboard: msi 970 gaming

If this is a good idea to overclock, could some one walk me thorugh on how I overclock?

There is always a risk when overclocking thats why you have to make sure your system is 100% stable before you commit to the final overclock speed.
If you do overclock don't expect to get an extra 20-30 fps in games, you will get 5-10 fps if your lucky, so you got to ask yourself is it worth it.
