Looking at the cards spec it says you need a mini HDMI lead.
Something like this should do

Hey i saw the card properly it has a HDMI slot but my monitor has a smaller HDMI slot than the card
I think that the card has a standard HDMI slot as I have a monitor which has a smaller HDMI port than the cards port.
