The Rx 480 is not supported. You will have to use integrated graphics. This will be the case until Apple supports it or something close enough.

You may have some trouble with the Motherboard.

Go to Tonymacx86.com for a community dedicated to this. Where you can find out recommended parts.

As to whether or not it is allowed to discuss here it is a grey area. As far as I know you can discuss hardware but not give help with drivers or software. So basically little to no help. At least according to Saga Lout. Go to Tonymacx86.com for better help and recommendations.
