I recently purchased a new graphics card and seom extra ram. Upgrading from a gtx 970 to a 1070 and from 8gb of ram to 16. This system should be able to max out gta at 1080p (the resolution i'm playing at) It probably should be able to come close to maxing it out at 1440p. The set works great for the most part with temps and usage at acceptable levels. However i get intermitant lag spikes throughout the time spent in the game. They are there from the start of a session right to the end. I have noticed my hard drive randomly spiking to 100% i was curious if that was causing the lag.
