What I'm looking for, is help building the absolute best pc for my budget.

Are you buying a monitor: No I'm using HDTV with 1080p
Do you need to buy OS: Yes
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Don't have a preference but I would prefer a site withing Europe.
Location: Ireland
Parts Preferences: As I said, I know very little about pc parts
Overclocking: ??
SLI or Crossfire: ??
Your Monitor Resolution: HDTV 1080p
Additional Comments: - Will mostly be used for playing SWTOR, hopefully at ultra graphics level

~€947

+£15 (~€17) Shipping for the CPU, the rest I believe should qualify for free shipping.

Depends on the condition and total capacity of the HDD/HDDs in your HP, you may want to look at a small SSD like:
OCZ Trion 150 128GB @ €46.99
or Sandisk SSD Plus 128GB @ £44.9
instead of the hard drive.

- An i5 7500 is the latest mainstream gaming CPU of the Kabylake generation.
- The MSI B250M Mortar carries its associated B250 chipset that would support the Kabylake CPU from the get go, has red LED, reinforced PCIex16 slot, 4 DIMMs slot for RAM upgrade, a M2 slot for ultra-performance tier NVMe SSD, and heatsinks for its power delivery system for the CPU (so they stay cooler and have longer life than otherwise).
-8/16GB RAM at 2400Mhz bus: The capacity is budget limited, but the 2400Mhz is because Kabylake CPU+200 Series chipset support that. It'd take the Z170/270 chipset to support higher bandwidth RAM.
-GTX 1060 6GB is the premier 1080p@Ultra card. With nVidia tightening control, cards from all brands perform almost indistinguishable from one another.
-The 1TB HDD is pretty self-explanatory.
-CiT F3 Black/Red: open design, 2x 120mm fans red LED, support long graphic card and CPU cooler ~160mm tall (important because the two cheap coolers with excellent cooling performance, the Cooler Master 212 and Deepcool Gammax 400 are both around that height).
-Corsair CXM 550W stable power, semi-modular (only need to plug in the cables that you need to use) and is only 14cm long; make it a strong companion to the smaller mATX case.
