Heey guys first time post here,

I just upgraded my memory from 8gb to 16gb.
This was my first memory:http://poweredbymushkin.com/index.php/catalog/item/5-redline/31-996997.html
This memory has been running for 5 years on 2133 mhz and 1.65 volt.
I removed these Memory sticks so im not trying to mix RAM!
I bought new memory:http://poweredbymushkin.com/index.php/catalog/item/4-blackline/1096-997124f.html
I cant seem to get it running on 2133 mhz and 1.575 volt.
It just keeps running on 1600mhz, i tried changing it in my bios but nothing seems to happen.
My pc does recognize 16gb and it works fine but it just does not change speeds whatever i try in the bios.

I tried setting the timings manually, but i only know these timings: 10.12.12.28
Also tried setting the voltage manually to 1.575 but im not sure how to see if it is actually running on this voltage.
In my bios i can change alot more than only these timings.
Also tried the xmp profile but nothing happens.
In my motherboard it says: ddr3 on 2133mhz but in CPU-Z screenshot it shows different.
In the bios on my old memory i had everything on auto and it all worked perfect. Checked the speeds and timings in CPU-Z and in the bios and it was all running at desired speeds and voltage.

Any ideas what i can try out?
If you want more info feel free to ask.

Motherboard: Asrock z68 extreme4 gen3
CPU: Intel i7 2600k 3,4ghz [stock speeds]
GPU: msi gtx 1070 gaming-x 8gb

Memory is sold in kits. Combining multiple kits carries no guarantee that the memory will work together or how it will run if at all. Such combination have never been tested together and you assume the responsibility to do your own compatibility testing.
