DHCP request and ack repeats * connection drops * At my wits' end

Since I've moved out to my new place I've had nothing but trouble with my desktops connectivity. I have seemingly random and sometimes rapid connection drops that usually only last anywhere from a fraction of a second to several minutes. All I know for certain is that the connection drop occurs at the exact moment another DHCP request happens.
I suspect at, at this point, the DHCP request and ACK issues are hardware related on my PCs end.
__No other device on the network have this issue.__
My router log shows the following (192.168.0.103 is my desktop's static IP), This sometimes happens so rapidly there are literally pages of it:

It's either just coincidence or simply because I notice it more, but it seems to happen more often when I'm doing something bandwidth intensive (gaming, streaming, etc.)

_Fixes I've tried_
Resetting Router
Purchasing Different Router (Previously Netgear - same issues occurred)
Updated Firmware on TL-WR841N router
Set DHCP Renewal to various lengths of time (currently at 2 days)
Updated network adapter drivers on problematic pc
Set static IP for problematic PC
Tinkered with the Channel Width: 1, 6, 11, same results
Opened ports, removed firewall, etc.
And lastly, a Complete system restore - clean windows install
-and the problem persists.

Here's the rundown of my custom PC (built it a few years ago):
-Intel Core i5-4690K
-Gigabyte GA-Z97N-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard
-MoBo includes: Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 Wifi Card - Mini PCIE

-G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
-Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive - PRIMARY DRIVE
-Windows 10
-Hitachi Travelstar Z7K500 500GB 2.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
-EVGA GeForce GTX 980 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card
-SeaSonic G 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
-Fractal Design Node 304 Mini ITX Tower Case

ISP is Cox Internet, Fayetteville AR

PLEASE help, I'm literally about to tear out this wifi card in frustration. I've tried everything I could find online but to no avail.
Thanks, everyone.

Are you sure you've properly set the adapter for a static IP address? If it does have a static IP, there should be zero DHCP requests from the PC. You may want to post an ipconfig/all

Also, be sure the .103 address is outside of the DHCP range of the router. I believe some TP-Link routers default to .101-.199. Try .201 and see if that helps.

If I understand it correctly, the static IP I set for my desktop falls within the DHCP range. Is this correct?
If so, I'll set the static IP outside that range and see if the problem continues.

Yes, the .103 address falls within the DHCP range, so you'll need to change it to something outside of it.

Also, your ipconfig shows that DHCP is still enabled, meaning your static IP settings are not in effect. You may want to ensure you are configuring the correct adapter and that automatic settings are disabled.

Okay, so I think I'm beginning to understand. I've made some adjustments according to your recommendations. I (stupidly) forgot to set the static IP settings correctly on my PC, only on my router. Now my static IP falls outside the DHCP range of the router and the settings on my PC should now match that. Screenshot of my alterations here:

Lastly, when you say "make sure that the automatic settings are disabled" are you referring to disabling the "Autoconfiguration Enabled" setting that shows up in ipconfig? I've boldened the line in question above.

Also, thank you so much for your help.

Your static IP settings and ipconfig look good. This should keep you from having those repeated Request and Acknowledge entries in your router log, and hopefully will keep the connection from dropping.

The "Autoconfiguration Enabled" setting should remain enabled ("Yes"), so no change is needed there. This setting is only used when a DHCP server can't be reached, but does not apply since you have a static IP assigned.

Man, I actually thought for a full day that the problem was fixed after setting a static IP correctly - however now that I got some time to sit down and test things out I'm noticing intermittent slow-downs and packet loss when running ping tests anywhere from 25 to 100%. I've actually seen it suddenly say I was disconnected from my router but then it quickly reconnected....
Back to square one I guess. :(
Edit: Just posting this message was a struggle, since chrome kept telling me there was a "network change" and a loss of connection whenever I'd click submit.

I should also mention that the slow internet is only on the PC in mention. I ran speedtest.net on both my phone and my PC at the same time. Phone: 25mb/s, PC: erratic, bounced between -1mb/s to 6 mb/s. Connection is supposed to be 25-60mb/s

Are you getting any other error messages (DHCP or otherwise) in the router log for the PC?

I suggest removing the Address Reservation entry in your router. It's not needed when using a static IP address and it's outside the DHCP range. I'm not sure if the entry would cause a problem, but it would eliminate it as an issue if removed.

Not sure what else to recommend, other than to consider the wifi card in your PC may be failing.

Here's what my router log looks like - It needs an explanation:
So where you see the DHCP Send/receive (Offer/Discover) spam (At 17:08- 09) is one of the many frequent times where my internet started to go to hell. That's with my stock wifi card/static IP settings per our previous conversation, and etc. I changed nothing since my previous message.
I got so frustrated with it I (figuratively) popped out my old intel wifi card and carefully replaced it with a card of the same model I got from amazon. 30 minutes later you can see the router acknowledge my new adapter and assign it a DHCP lease. (192.168.0.101) I'm going to try it out without tinkering with any IP settings or downloading any new drivers and see how it goes. Essentially I'm trying to start from square one and move back up the troubleshooting chain if the problem arises once again. I'll report back in after ~24 hours.
Thanks again for all your help thus far! You're awesome

Well, new wifi card didn't solve the issue. Now I'm back to where I was when I posted my original post - but this time with a brand new wifi card. I'm scared to ask if it could be my mobo.
