Your cpu gpu and ram is ok for gta V . Does this happen ievery single time you play that game in those three months? As scout_03 said its probably your PSU giving his max power or in the worst case its a problematic one. Psu Watt?

Sorry for the late reply i had to open the computer to find my psu model here it is:
"Probox switching power supply 230V - 430 Watt"

At first it never happend, it started happening after a month im also doubting that the psu is not good enough for those kind of games
the pc is still new btw

gpu usage is not a problem
your cpu temperature is fine

While gta V is open you can try open task manager , right click gtav.exe , select set affinity , and select only one core (if you allready have only one core checked let us know). Test GTA V again with afterburner open and let let us know the results here

... but it could just as well be the VGA card too, I had this before, it's getting overheated, material is expanding and it can make a short circuit because of overheating... i took the vga card out, cleaned the contacts, reinstalled it more carefully than before and the problem went away. I'm not saying it's your solution too, I'm just saying it could be a reason. Try finding out where the noise is coming from, PSU or VGA card?

I tried that and the game started lagging so hard https://www2.pic-upload.de/img/32677856/GrandTheftAutoV02.13.2017-18.46.25.01.png
@Phyrrus im using an adapter DVI-I to VGA do you think the adapter is overheating and makes the pc crash while playing?
@Scoutt i'll try that
