MSI Mobo driver installation

I put together a new computer for the first time, so now it was time for the drivers. I installed the monitor driver, looks great, then when I installed the MSI driver, I get stuck on a screen (it removed my desktop)with the dragon logo for MSI, the task bar on the bottom and the only window that opens up is the file explorer. It seems I can't open anything else, but when I click on something, at the bottom, I see the window maybe open somewhere (it shows a screen when I hover over it) but I can't view anything. Does anyone have an answer on solving this?

I can't. It's on a USB and when I went into "This Computer" I clicked set up but the window turns darker and nothing happens....
I use windows 10 pro. On the bottom, there are small icons. When I hover over them, I see a small screen showing me what the open window should look like, but I can't maximize it to click on anything (and I have to click yes/no, or what to setup).
