No matter where I look, (device manager, Devices under Windows Settings, the search bar) I cannot find any kind of bluetooth settings. Which doesn't make sense because I bought a usb bluetooth adapter, and that is recognized. However, I can't pair anything up to it, I suspect because bluetooth is turned off. BUT, I can't turn it on because the option isn't available anywhere. I have no clue whats going on.
