less fps than i should get

so i am using a gtx gigabyte g1 1060 and playing for honor, and according to benchmark i should be getting 90-100 fps but i am only getting 70 fps with the same settings, why? (i have the newest nvidia drivers)

Rest of rig? A GPU can only go as fast as the rest of a system

Have you played with the filtering/AA settings?

but i had everything on highest, think it was fxaa

Drop them a bit and see how it works out sometimes those setting are major hogs for no benefit

alright, so i just saw that the video i was watching where he got like 100fps he didnt use the same aa as i was, he was using smaa so that must be why

Yep stuff like that leads to 90% of the "I don't get the fps I should" stuff. Looks like around 88-90 average seems to be where you should fall
