I have my GTX980 Jetstream to display the desktop on 3 monitors no problem. But I just can not get it to span all 3 monitors. It will do any combination of just 2 but not all three! I was hopeng to play a SKYRIM / Anno 2070 / Cities skylines spread across all three monitors. (Not at same time!!) No luck. I am using an active DP to HDMI an non-active dp to HDMI and an HDMI(mini) to HDMI. Nvidia just keeps telling me I can only span 2 monitors. I have tried setting 5760x1080 but it wont play. Can anyone help - please.

Typing error! Yes I have spent about 3 hours trying all possible ideas! Canged cables between monitors and GPU but would only allow 2 monitors at a time! Have a mismatch of monitors but dont want to pay out for matching ones if it aint gonna work! Currently using a Samsung 24inch as main. Samsung 22 inch and LG 23 inch. I had no problems a few years ago with my old NvidiaGTX 650. Or the previous GPU R9 280X !

I am thinking your adapters are the issue. Can you use Dvi, active display port to hdmi and mini hdmi reg hdmi cable ? Looking at your card it has a mini hdmi , dvi, and 3 display ports. Before with your other cards were you using nv surround settings? If you were using identical monitors with dvi or display ports, you could use nv surround without an issue.

Many thanks chef7734 ! I assumed that as there were 3 DP's that I could use 2 of them! Now have 3 monitors up and running! Now have to persuade "Her indoors that I NEED 2 more 24" monitors! Then try to get CITIES SKYLINES displaying on all three without "Blue screening"
