I am having a problem with my computer. I have tried factory resetting it multiple times but I keep getting the same response of "no changes were made." I also have been playing Rainbow Six Siege a lot. Usually i get around 80-100 fps on Medium Settings, but now it dips down to 30-40 fps. When I first boot the game it starts off at 100 and as the match progresses it dips down. Here are my specs: https://gyazo.com/1068c21614c61fe5b691732f9a5e29b9. Computer usually at 90 degrees when playing Siege.

Remove the heatsinks, install again with new thermal paste. Make sure fans are running properly.
