So I'm doing my first PC build. All was well, I booted to BIOS and checked stuff out before installing my graphics card. I shut the computer off and went to install the graphics card... without unhooking the power or flipping the switch.
I believe what happened was I tapped a part on the mobo with a metal bit of the graphics card and then the PC turned on. It booted to the BIOS I believe and I shut it off and unhooked the power like I should have done previously. After that, only the PSU was starting up, nothing else. Now, nothing is starting. So what have I done and what are the necessary steps?
