I installed ATI Radeon hd5450 with dell 82XVD 1gb/128bit video card in gigabyte ga-g41mt-d3 m/b it loaded drivers and audio for ATI in win 7, when shut down, it does not, the same in win 10 it is now amd Hd5450 so what wrong and why it does not shut down
