need help on a bulid

Solution

Pretty vague. It sounds like you're going to have to start from scratch and troubleshoot. Start with connecting your RAM, CPU + Heatsink, and power supply to the motherboard. Connect the power on switch from your case to the motherboard as well. Then connect a monitor and see if you can make it to the post screen. If you can, try adding the GPU. If you can't then try starting with just one stick of RAM and try all your RAM slots as it may only boot if RAM is in a specific slot, and it may not boot if one of your sticks is corrupt that's why you try just one stick at a time.
