So I have a gtx 680 with 2gb vram....It's a little less than 3 years...Should I upgrade to gtx 1060 3gb or Rx 480 4gb..I can't afford the 6gb or 8gb version....And is gtx 680 still a good option to manage with it for next 2 years so I can buy better GPU after 2 years...And should I upgrade from win 7 to windows 10??Is that good to play games ..And is tat stable now?

Solution
yes it is. it is both faster and has more vRAM.
the GTX 1050Ti (which is much slower than RX 470) is about the same as GTX 680.
if RX 480 4GB fits your budget and you can find one - get it.
RX 470 4GB is good for 1080p@60Hz gaming. it is just a bit slower than 480/1060
all the "should" questions - you are only one that can answer.
can you play your games at the settings you want ?
if you are going to upgrade, RX 480 4 GB is a good deal. RX 470 4GB is probably the best value for money.
As for 1060, the 6GB is an awesome card, but i wouldn't go with 3GB version.
