System Type: X86-based PC
Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz, 2600 Mhz, 2 Core(s)
RAM: 2GB

Please answer to my question if you know about it cause I want to buy R7 but not sure if it will support!

But if you want to play modern games you need to consider buying a new one.

There's no reason, besides your power supply not being powerful enough, you can't run that card. However, I'd advise getting a DDR5 card, even if it only has 1gb of vram. Having 2gb on a DDR3 240 is going to do nothing for you.

it will work with your PC ... ONLY and ONLY if your POWER SUPPLY IS STRONG ENOUGH, what is your power supply make, model wattage ?

open your computer case, the power supply is what is connected to your wall plug. there should be a label on it... or better yet take a photo and post it on www.imgur.com and link it here
