I am a noob as my name suggests.I have never built a pc myself but want to build one.I live in India.I particularly want to use my pc for gaming.I am ok with amd processors (for they are cheap).I can also use second hand parts if they wont cause any trouble with the system.I want to run games like gta 5 and virtual box etc within this tight budget.Please help me and if possible provide link from where to buy!!.Thanks a lot and sorry for my bad English.

Add a cheap case and maybe this will fit into your budget as pcpartpicker couldn't find half off the stuff on there.

In my opinion using a few cheap parts and second hand stuffs might end up making a decent pc which can run games like GTA 5.I am starting building it from 11th of march so if you guys have any more suggestions they are welcome.
