So my PC runs most games at 60fps but i have to keep the games on low/medium settings and ive had the PC for over a year now and I think its time for an upgrade. But im not sure what to upgrade first. Do i get some newer/better parts for my PC, a new Keyboard or 2 new monitors for a dual monitor setup? Which ever one you think is best could you give me some affordable options, i have around £200-£300 to spend

PC Specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 6.0 SEx
CPU: AMD FX-8350 8 core 4000 Mhz
RAM: 8gb
Graphics Card: NVidia GeForce GTX 960
Hard Drive: 1tb

My Keyboard is the Sharkoon Skiller Gaming Keyboard Wired Black that i have owned for 4 years now

Im not sure what my monitor is called but its not a proper monitor, its a Samsung TV that i have used for god knows how long. It gets the job done.

I am not sure where your problem is but I use a GTX 970 and in games like Black Ops 3, I get 140-160FPS on Full Details High, Day Z Same settings 100-110 Fps, Insurgency all on High 140-160 FPS. BS1 Demo I as running on High 60-80FPS so I am not sure where the problem lies with your setup, but I would expect it to do as well as I am. I think your Video card is fine, and I would check temps on GPUP while gaming, maybe something going on.

but I would work with the weakest link. and that is your CPU/MOBO/RAM and that would look like
