What is the best graphics card under $300..

So M planning to buy a rig under 800$..So I want a good graphics card under 300$ ..No powercooler or zotac..Should be MSI , saphire ,Asus ,evga or any good brand ..It can be both Nvidia or amd..Or u can suggest even a crossfire or sli if it's any good.

Oh..Is the gigabyte one the best when compared to MSI ,Asus etc??And I can even afford more..Till 300$

I go by base clock speeds when buying my cards, however maybe one or the other is offering a game with the purchase, or may have upped the base clock speed that I am not aware of. But over clocking usually evens all that out.

There is no best, they all copy the GPU's from NVIDIA and factory overclock them, yes some of them are better than others, but I don't think you can say one is the best.
I like EVGA and GIGABYTE for NVIDIA and SAPPHIRE for AMD.

So even the cheapest zotac and power cooler would be eqaul to 50$ extra gigabyte or msi

I am just trying to find you the most bang for your buck. Gigabyte to me seems to have the highest boost clock in the 1060 card and low wattage draw over amd. I am not saying gigabyte is the best card in Nvidia as I have an Asus strix gtx 980 card in my rig. It met my needs at the time I was buying.
