Greetings!

No apologies necessary for your English is fine:) Your system will top out around 375 - 400 Watts of pull under load (Here is a mock up of your system as I see it: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Pkx4Gf), so a 500 Watt PSU will be the better option to give you appropriate headroom and potentially allow for upgrades/additions at a later time. I would not simply get the Antec however, unless it is one of only a few of their models. PSUs can be listed categorically by quality, and it is generally recommended to choose a PSU from the top two tiers of the list. Your PSU should be as reliable as you can afford for it protects the components in your computer as much as it powers them. A higher tier PSU can usually be expected to provide more stable and reliable power for a longer lifetime. A lower tier PSU can fail after a short time, provide unstable power, and in the worst case scenario, can damage other components in your computer when it fails.

Here is a link to the most recent PSU Tier List that I could find:

https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/

I recommend choosing a PSU from either Tier 1 or 2 if you can. You have high end components in your system and you should protect that investment with a reliable PSU. As long as the Antec you are looking at is from the top two tiers, then you should be fine. The Corsair VS 450 would power your system, but it is a Tier 6 PSU, which would be an unfair pairing for the rest of your nice components.

I hope this helps!
