Controller to Xbox 360 controller live emulator?

Does anyone know of a live Xbox 360 controller emulator for generic pc controllers?
I've done quite a bit of research and have found absolutely nothing. Found some x360ce thing that I determined only worked with a select few (meaning 0/8 games I tried including games they say they support) games.

Any ideas? I just want to use this $5 controller I bought :\...

Also I have downloaded a input tester and it says the controller works fine. The rare few games that recognize it like Saints Row 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 have the buttons mapped completely incorrectly.

I honestly don't know why this isn't even a popular thing either... something tells me that it shouldn't be too hard for someone to make such a thing...

I could probably recommend you try something like PINNACLE but frankly your life will be miserable trying to use remap software.

Buy a wired XBOX 360 controller, not a generic $5 controller that's not only going to be a software nightmare but have crappy buttons as well.

I highly doubt Microsoft could do such a thing...
How would it be difficult though? From what I can tell all it would need to do is act as a device that's plugged in and take your controller inputs and convert them to the corresponding Xbox 360 button... something tells me hooking up a keyboard and mouse to an Xbox 360 would be far harder but there are things you can buy to do it...

I have a wired xbox 360 controller that somewhat works correctly. I bought this thing because I had $5 left on a gift card and decided to spend it on something (should have spent it on an adapter for a PS2 controller instead...).

As for Pinnacle I downloaded it and gave it a try. It's quite literally just JoyToKey and x360ce combined into one with a better UI and works just as well >.> (meaning it doesn't sadly :\).

The only controller I think you can use reliably is an Xbox 360 controller on PC so i'd be having the same issue with a PS3 controller, a logitech controller, and really any other controller.
