I recently had to replace my harddrive, ram, and graphics card, and I got to the BIOS screen and changed somethings on it, now my mouse and keyboard won't work!! Please help asap!!

Reset CMOS.
Not knowing your motherboard unplug the power supply from the wall remove the battery from the motherboard wait about 3 minutes and push and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
put the battery back in and plug in the power supply and turn the PC on.
