My current PC specifications

PSU : Antec VP500

I wnat to upgrade my graphics to NVIDIA GTX 1070 or 1060 and to increase my RAM capacity to 32GB. is this Possible ? or else please suggest some good Options.

Solution
honestly I would
1. Get a GTX 1070, as it is a slightly less powerful 1080, and I mean who needs a 1080 if you did okay with a r7 240?
2. get 16Gb ram, make sure to buy the EXACT model to ensure compatibility. 32GB is useless unless you are going all out rendering or workstation/server
3. PSU is fine. it will hold perfectly due to low power of the 1070.

and man your English is fine. its better than my dad's english

In my opinion the 1070 is the better buy. Also 16GB will be fine for System RAM. Use cpu-z to find exact model of your current 8GB stick and see if you can just buy a matching stick. Your current PSU will be fine with the 1070.
