My Dedicated Graphic Card is MISSING !!!!!!!

Iam using Dell Inspiron 15R SE 7520, I had upgraded my system to windows 10 and lost my switchable graphics option on AMD, so rolled back to windows 7 and now I can't even see my AMD 7730M graphic card in neither device manager nor dxdiag. I tried installing many driver but none helped me, and saddest part is i cant even get my Intel HD graphics also :( ! Please guys please help me out.
