Solution
Firstly i suggest instead of the old model seagate hdd get a WD blue 1tb hdd($50 which is cheaper lol.). Second your're going to want a higher wattage psu around 700w or more or you wont even be able to power up your pc(dont cheap out or you can harm your components.) You need ddr4 ram(8gb will run around $60.) Your mobo and cpu are good to go. You are going to be pissed off with that monitor if you get it. Spend around $100 to get a decent 1080p monitor(if you dont your gpu wont be utilized to its full capabilty.)

You wont be disappointed if you follow my instructions.

That site was unreadable, but I'll post suggestions.
Motherboard, CPU, GPU are good.
You need DDR4 RAM, DDR2 will not work, and you don't want DDR2.
The PSU has enough power, but doesn't seem like a quality unit.
You don't need a cooler for your CPU, a cooler comes with it.

Change your hdd aswell. Youre paying more for a not as good hdd.
Here's a link i suggest
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0088PUEPK/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1486928769&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=hdd&dpPl=1&dpID=51fbLQLVJFL&ref=plSrch

That monitor will make you want to rip your eyes out. Ehh 700w was more of a safety net. For your current setup I would suggest a 500w(should help you for your budget so you can afford a monitor).

Other than that my job is done. Good luck my friend.
