I've been using cpu i5 4440 for a while with stock fan. It has no problem with keeping safe temperature, it's quite noisy though.
I'm looking for a cheap cooling that'd be as quiet as possible.
I heard that SilentiumPC Fortis without a fan would be sufficient since you can't OC 4440. Is that truth?
I'd be grateful for advices for my 4440 and Z87 Extreme4 mobo.
