I will try AIDA64 and see what happens then post a follow up. Really need to figure out what's going on here

Solution
The only thing I can recommend is to start swapping out components 1 by 1 to find out which component is causing the shut down to happen. I would start by using another power supply and seeing if the problem still occurs, since a computer randomly turning off to me sounds like it could be PSU related. If that didn't work I'd try swapping out RAM or the GPU. If you don't have spare parts to try and troubleshoot you're kind of in a bind though.

Maybe someone else has a better suggestion for you.

This will sound kind of stupid but I had a similar problem once when I looked at my PSU connections the motherboard one had gotten loose and I pushed down on it and it snapped back in to place. The problem went away after that. Try checking your motherboard, gpu, and cpu connections to the psu.

Aida64 appears to be running fine saw core temps at 77c under load...

Oddly enough Aida reports the 12v rail at 7.252 even under load, whereas HWinfo shows 12.192

All connections have been checked again....
