I bought 2 55" 4k uhd TV's with me.one is Vizio other is Roku. Neither one will work correctly here. I was told to change my router/modem that has a US ISP, is that possible?

I assume you don't mean the equipment does not work only that you get some message saying you are outside the USA.

You can try VPN and some DNS tricks to get by this but many of these providers are starting to crack down on this. The only method that works that they can't stop is to use VPN to someone house you know in the USA. Use to be you could put up a private vpn in some of the hosting centers in the USA but they have started blocking the ip from these hosting centers.

There likely is some public vpn that still work but finding them is always a game of staying ahead of the video providers.
