About a week ago, every time I reboot my PC it then starts to Prepare Windows as soon as I log in; and it removes everything I have saved on my PC. Even though it did not delete anything I still don't have access to them and it only tells my that I'm at a "Temporary Account." I looked for solutions online and none of them seemed to work.
Though what I discovered recently is that when I restart/reboot my PC it asks for either a PIN password or a regular password (I always used the PIN password ever since I installed windows 8.1). I had to change my password and everything because I couldn't remember it and once I used the new password the reboot seemed normal. But for some reason when I use my PIN and it comes back to Preparing Windows again. I even used a new PIN and it's still the same issue.

-I have my own Windows 8.1 CD Key
-My OS is installed on my 128 GB SSD
-I have little to almost no space on my SSD
-I've bough a new SSD on a Best Buy special just in case the problem is the SSD; I have not installed it yet. (I could still return it if that's not the case)

Also, is there a chance that my storage could be deleted if it keeps "Preparing Windows"?
Is there a problem with my SSD?
Or is this a virus that can or cannot be removed?

Well, I was also planning to install Windows 10 in the near future, I don't know if that could do something.
