When I boot my computer it will sit on the motherboard logo and beep maybr5-6 times in like 45seconds to 1minute probably because I didn't plug in the reset button in correctly would this prevent me form getting into BIOS because ive been pressing del(button to get into BIOS) after maybe the 3rd or 5th click it will make a sound each time I press del, and after a while it wont send me into BIOS I also cant get into windows (reason why I need to boot from usb)

Try removing ther cmos battery for a min then put it back in.
If that works, reconfigure the settings in the BIOS. If you can get into it
And disable the logo in the BIOS. So you can see what it's doing.
But if it's hanging on the post screen, this can be a sign that's its finding it hard to read the hdd.
Which can also mean the hdd is faulty. If there are any USB flash drives plugged in remove them

I don't tank it's the GPU as I turned it on and got pass the motherboard logo a white dash appeared on the left corner which is understandable as I am trying to reinstall Windows through a flash drive but to do that I need to go into bios which won't show up even after pressing del through the whole 45 seconds
