When opening up my computer, I noticed that my 2 biggest fans in the back (see JPEGs) weren't spinning. I'm pretty positive that the fans haven't just stopped working, however I can't remember the last time I saw them spin.

The small Intel fan on the motherboard spins fine as well as my two front fans with LED.

I've looked over the cable connections and I can't for the life of me figure out where the problem lies. I've figured out that the small brown&black cables (see JPEGs) are connected to the fans, however I can't see where they end up, but they are plugged in somehow behind my power button.

Any idea how I can get my fans start spinning again?

Thank you mate! I managed to get it working.

I connected both fans to the motherboard, SYSFAN1 and SYSFAN4 jacks.
Fan controller has always worked, but what's the conclusion here? What wasn't working?

And does connecting both these fans to the motherboard hurt/overload the computer in any way?
