most of us used the web site pcpartpicker.com and for reference I plugged your parts in, found them all except the SSD which I manually inputted in, nice thing it found some cheaper prioces than you had found.

I will strongly suggest you do not get that power supply and get something at least 80+ bronze.. like a

otherwise it looks all compatible, though I am usure why you would want to build a system with such older hardware.
talking the resultant 600$ range you have on list... I would suggest this better version of hardware for you, and has upwards capabilities to upgrade later time to an I7 and SSD.

G4560, because it's basically an i3-6100, can play all games.
Dual channel RAM, because it's twice as fast as single channel.
WD BLUE, because it has a better reputation than Seagate.
Bitfenix Nova, because it's cheaper and I think better.
S12II, because it's very cheap right now, and a bit more powerful than the CXM450, while also being very good.
Full size GPU, because the mini versions have worse cooling.
