I don't know if this was the problem but, Before I had this fps drop. I had an other issue where I was stuck at the windows start up loading screen. And I saw this YouTube video where a guy made a tutorial how to fix it. I did everything he said and it worked! I could finally use windows. But the next day... I experienced A HUGE FPS drop from 120- 90 To 30-20 On CSGO. Sometimes when I shut down and boot it up again It would have good frame rates. But that rarely Happens.

This is the video link- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFKHWUS9g8g

And here's the PC part picker link-
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KYqxtJ

This Is a practically new PC.
And I don't know anything else that could've done this.

If any of you can help me... That would be great cause I'm only a 12 year old just learning how to build PC's and my dad won't get a technician.

What are the temps on your CPU and GPU? To be honest your CPU is pretty trash. I would never put a APU and a dedicated graphics card together. You can always get a CPU without dedicated graphics that will work much better for around the same price. Also AMD pre-zen is pretty bad and CSGO is a very CPU intensive game so my guess is the CPU is bottlenecking your GPU and the Temps could possibly be high making it under perform. Download Hwmonitor and check the CPU and GPU temps while running CSGO for a few minutes.

You will need a USB that is formatted (Cleaned of everything) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 download this and put all the files you download onto your USB Make sure you have your windows 10 product key you bought or that came with your PC. There are tools that can find your current key if needed just use google ;), and reinstall the OS you have. My guess is something is wrong with your OS when you messed around with the settings before.
