CSGO Stutter/Jitter. Anyone know how to fix this?

Two days ago I noticed this problem occurring. I would be playing a competitive or casual match and then all of a sudden it would freeze my character and kind of jitter. The clock in game would still count down and this lasts for 5-10 seconds. Once my character unfreezes he spawns in random places. My ping was 35ms of the time this occurred. I'm pretty sure I've figured out it's not my Internet. I have done various "fixes" that haven't worked for me. I've unparked my CPU cores via the registry, updated my sound drivers (even though I don't have Realtek), messed around with V-Sync and Triple Buffering, uninstalled the game, set the launch option of -threads 4, and reset my router (just to check). This is honestly so annoying especially when it jitters for more than 10 seconds. Hopefully one of you geniuses can help me. Thanks!

That's an issue with the game itself. Submit it to Valve as a bug and they'll look into it. Since everything else on the screen functions normally (the clock counting down, the ping, the fps in the corner, etc), you can tell that it's not something that's wrong with your computer itself. I don't know a fix for the game itself except for maybe uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game. Some of the files could have become corrupted which would cause that to happen.
