my pendrive is a 16 gb pendrive but it doesnt shows its siz when open through my computer. it only shows f drive but doesnt shows its size. but when opened through computer mgmnt and list disk in cmd it shows 31 gb instead of its original size .i.e 16 gb. i dont know the reason behind that...and when i tried to format it then it shows disk is write protected. i also tried cmd using diskpart and all but it shows i/o error.

i request all the computer professionals to give the suitable solutions to fix my drive

Hey there.

Basically it sounds like the flash drive is done for. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but having in mind the input/output (I/O) error and everything you've already tried, it doesn't look good.
You could try reformatting it via a different computer and by using its manufacturer's formatting tool, to see if it makes a difference, but it's kind of a long shot.
You could also try some of the suggestions from this article: http://www.wikihow.com/Disable-Write-Protection.

Hope that helps.
