I recently built a pc using the below components
i5 6500 3.2gh
Panram 4gb DDR4 2133 x 2
ADATA 120GB SSD
KEIAN KT450
ASRock H110 ITX
Yestarday i built the pc, installed os, windows updated it and everything was fine. When windows update finished and was restarting, i relaised it wasnt turning on properly, so i opened it up and checked and i noticed the CPU fan and the case fan was moving for a split second and stopping, and it kept repeating the process. So i tested in various ways, and when the 12v ATX cable is removed and everything else is connected, the PC seems to start up normally, just no image what so ever. I was wondering if anyone could tell the r\problem is my mobo?
Heres a few things i tried vvv
Breadboarding > no change at all
Paperclip test > PSU was fine
Checked mobo > no sign of deformity
Please if anyone could lend a piece of mind that would be much appreciated.
