Okay, couple of issues. First, a GTX 1070 is overpowered for for an i3-6100, your CPU will bottleneck the GPU. I would be looking a GTX 1050 Ti as a video card.

Second, you do not have an unlocked CPU so there is no need for an overclocking mobo (Z170). A better choice would be a B150 or B250 or H170 or H270 board. That is unless you plan to upgrade to an unlocked CPU at some point.
Okay, nice PSU but probably oversized. A 450W is enough and save money.
Last, you do not specify what speed of RAM you are getting. Here a 2400 speed is fine but better to put a bit of the GPU money into more RAM.
