PC restarts once and runs smoothly then (this problem started when I upgraded my CPU)

Hi everyone,
I have AMD Phenom II X2 560 processor.
On startup there's a message "Press F3 Activate Core Releaser".
So I did the same.
Now my 2 core CPU becomes 4 core (AMD Penom II X4 B60). But as I upgrade it to 4 cores, PC restarts once and runs smoothly after that.
If I shutdown the PC and start again, the same thing repeats.

Please help me!

Try to remove your motherboard cmos battery for 10 seconds or 1 minute and insert it again, this will reset your bios and hopefully solve your problem.

I even tried that, but the problem still persists.

Have you tried to change your cmos battery for a new one? I'm just saying because usually all those problems before the startup are related to bios settings. Maybe this might help you > https://www.manualslib.com/manual/594496/Foxconn-A76gmv.html?page=28
