Can someone help me, I bought a second hand Razer Blackwidow Chroma working fine and then one day the SHIFT key stopped working and the N key was weird, Firstly the LED could only show red but now the LED doesn't work at all but the key works fine. Because of it being second hand i don't know if it still has a warranty.

Have you tried keyboard without synapse running? curious if it makes any difference. Seems strange someone would sell a chroma, its not exactly an old keyboard still
I don't know how their warranty system works, if you would need to show them a receipt or not, as they all have a serial on back which would show them its age. Also depends on if previous owner registered it as well. I had to return my Blackwidow to them as it stopped working, they replaced it but i had to show them a picture proving I had cut the USB cable on the old one before they would send it out.
