Smartrg sr360n won't hard reset

Hello everyone. I just gotten internet in my home and the internet provider otelco gave me a router, the brand is smart\rg model sr360n. I want to hard reset it and I have tried everything from 30-30-30 method everything I could find on the internet, I need help to reset it thank you.

Then you have no business resetting it, if you still want to have Internet service.

You have two (or three) options:
- Buy yourself an ADSL gateway (modem + router), or ADSL modem and separate router. Being ADSL, it should be compatible with your ISP (they should provide a list of compatible equipment). Once you own it, you can do whatever you want with it.
- Change your ISP to one which respects its customers.
