USB3 pendrive is not always recognized by the usage of both HUB and extender

I have a GA-EP43T-USB3 mobo. I have an extender and an USB hub, both USB3. When I use the hub alone or the extender alone, then the computer recognizes my USB3 pendrive. When I use the hub connected to the extender, then sometimes the pendrive is not recognized. USB2 devices always work properly, the problem is only with this USB3 pendrive. I can test it further with USB3 SSD and HDD too, if necessary. I don't get any message by the issue, the pendrive just isn't added to the list of the drives in Windows. I have not check yet whether it is recognized as something. The problem is not consistent, I mean when I unplug the hub and plug it again, it usually starts to work properly. Another issue that sometimes the hub automatically disconnects and reconnects according to the logs, and I can corfirm that, the Windows plays sometimes the disconnect/reconnect sounds without apparent reason. The same hub with the same extender worked properly with a new mobo, but I did not test it too much. I suspect that the signal/noise ratio is not that good by this old mobo, and that's the cause of the different behavior by the two mobos, but I am not sure, I am certainly not an expert of the topic. Any idea how to fix it, or whether this is fixable at all?

It isn't a powered hub, but it works with a different motherboard. It charges USB2 devices with this mobo. Btw. how to comment here? It writes always that I will add a solution. :S

The way you put in your reply is the correct way. You only will pick a solution if you actually select "pick as solution". I think the board just calls a post "solutions".
